At Digital Initiatives we support a lot of existing companies and are starting our own. With that in mind, there is a lot of variety in what we do and the pace of work is fast and can at times change direction.

As we are creating new companies and concepts, everyone in the office has the ability to bring these ideas up and contribute to building something new.

While being located in Hillside may not be as “hip” as in the West Loop of Chicago, our space is fun. It’s an open workspace, everyone has their own workstation, but we have drop-in workstations in standing desks, as well as breakout rooms for any small group work sessions.

It's the minimalistic look, glass office walls, open layout, concrete floors, and yes, a Ping Pong table. Most of us get a game in once a day for a nice break from work, and we've even had some whiffle ball games outside when the weather is nice.
